a) Contact form

When you use the contact form on our website, we collect the following personal data:

This data is transmitted to us by email and is used solely to respond to your enquiry. It is not stored in any database on this website and is not shared with third parties.

b) Analytics cookies (with consent)

With your explicit consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymised data about how visitors use our website (pages visited, duration, device type, country). This data is used to improve the website and does not identify you personally.

We use Google Consent Mode v2: analytics cookies are only activated after you explicitly accept them via the cookie banner. If you decline or ignore the banner, no analytics cookies are set.

c) Server logs

Our web server (hosted by Infomaniak SA, Geneva) automatically records standard server log data, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL and pages accessed. These logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days and are used solely for security and technical administration purposes.

No other personal data is transmitted to third parties without your explicit consent.
